The historic Bull Hotel is the centrepiece of the longest high street in East Anglia. Built in 1450, and an inn since 1570, The Bull is rich in original detail, with oak beams everywhere, and a beautiful Elizabethan fireplace in the lounge.

The Cordell Restaurant serves the finest cuisine amongst antique carvings. An excellent bar menu, together with cask ales and a fine selection of wines by the glass are available in the Reeves Bar.

23 en-suite bedrooms and 2 separate suites are all beautifully decorated with every comfort you would expect. There are three meeting and conference rooms for up to 60 people. The hotel is licensed for Civil Ceremonies.

The Crown Hotel is a family-run freehouse and we offer a warm welcome to all guests.

Denmark House is in the middle of the village, with in easy walking distance of several pubs and a variety of excellent restaurants, antique centres and shops. The house itself dates from 1441 or earlier, but has been much changed since! There are twin and double bedrooms, both with ensuite facilities, colour TV with DVD, tea and coffee making equipment and hair dryer.Traditional English breakfasts are served in the dining room, which is also a guest sitting room. Non-smoking (though smoking is allowed in the garden). Ample undercover space for bicycles.

Charges are £60 per night for double occupancy, £33 for single. A non-refundable deposit of £25 is requested when booking.

The Gables, a grade two listed tudor building with a victorian facade, is located in the heart of Long Melford village. It has been completely refurbished in the last four years, and has modern plumbing and heating with tasteful traditional decoration throughout. Breakfast is served in the large sunny garden room which overlooks the pretty private walled garden. The house is within easy walking distance of numerous good quality restaurants, pubs, art galleries, shops and antique centres. There is ample off-road parking.

A traditional inn with 14 rooms, 13 of which are ensuite. All bathrooms have been recently refurbished. We pride ourself on the warmth of our welcome to all guests and 'regulars'.

Our food is great, traditional English fayre and the bar is as popular with locals as it is with visitors. Almost uniquely to Long Melford, we offer live entertainment throughout the year.

There is ample parking at the rear and a large garden as well as a huge patio area with heated parasol.
