On 1st August 2005 the Steering Group met and elected officers:

Secretary	Roger Kistruck
Treasurer	Judi Walton
Minutes Secretary	Judi Walton
Vice Treasurer	Andrea Coe
Publicity Officer	Keld Fenwick

Four 'Working Groups' were also set up to deal with the different aspects of preparing the plan. At the beginning of December it was decided to merge groups 3 and 4 as they overlapped in mission as well as membership :

WG2	Publicity	Keld Fenwick Roger Kistruck Patrick Kohler Paul Rylott Judi Walton
WG3/4	Residents Survey and Communities Liaison	Rob Guyton Roy Adams David Burch Jane Burch Andrea Coe Dudley Kemp Paul Rylott Judi Walton

In each group the first person named is the convener of the group. Although these groups are expected to do most of the work of putting the various parts of the plan together, they require the overall approval of the full Steering Group for all decisions, particularly those involving expenditure of real money.
