August 2005	Elect officers to the steering group and form working parties
	Identify stakeholders
	Start budget preparation
September 2005	Plan timetable
	Finalise budget
October 2005	Apply for funding from the panel meeting on 17th October
	Attend Suffolk ACRE's Consultation Workshop
November/December 2005	Carry out an audit of facilities and services
	Carry out needs analysis of residents' views and include -
	consultation of specific target groups e.g. young people, the elderly, the business community
January 2006	Agree content of the questionnaires and other surveying methods
	Identify and approach volunteers for distributing and collecting questionnaires
February 2006	Design questionnaires and run trials
	Train volunteers
March/April 2006	Distribute and collect questionnaires
May/June/July 2006	Collation of data
August/September 2006	Production of report and action plan
October 2006	Presentation of report in the village
	Delivery of full report to partners in the action plan and digest to all households
	Inform local media of our achievement
	Present the Plan to the Parish Council for formal adoption
