Long Melford Parish Council



The Council has 13 elected councillors and two full time employees: The Clerk, who carries out the administration and financial duties, and the Cemetery Manager who handles the majority of administration for the cemetery and maintains the burial grounds. Full Council and Planning Meetings are held the first Thursday of each month. The Parish Council hold a Budget Meeting in December each year and hosts the Annual Parish Meeting in May.

Notices of meetings are posted on the notice boards in the village and on the parish website. Meetings are open for all village residents to attend.
