Carolyn Spraggons profile
I have lived in Long Melford, since 1980 and married to Stephen, who works in Hadleigh. We have four sons, one married, three still living at home, working, at UNI and the youngest still at school. We are all involved in a volunteer capacity with scouting, and young people. Because of scouting and working with children in the village, I am often seen out and about, even referred to as the old woman who lives in a shoe! I am born and bred in Suffolk and feel that the Parish Council needs some of us "locals".
My interests are certainly focused around young people in the village, and their ability to stay in the village if they choose too. I have been on the PC for nine years and am still learning. I hope I shall be able to continue to support it and the people of the village to the best of my ability in the years to come.
