             Friday 28th to Sunday 30th October - Ypres, Belgium

             Saturday 29th October - playing at the Last Post ceremony at the Menin Gate, Ypres from 7.30pm

             Sunday 13th November - Remembrance Service - Holy Trinity Church, Long Melford - 10.15am

             Friday 25th November - Sudbury Market Hill 5.45pm - carols at the Christmas Tree switch-on

             Saturday 3rd December - carols in Hall Street, Long Melford 2.00pm

             Tuesday 13th December - carols at Alphamstone church 7.30pm

             Wednesday 14th December - Christmas Concert - Long Melford Village Hall - 7.30pm

             Saturday 17th December - carols in Hall Street, Long Melford 10.00am

            Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd - Carol Playing outside Waitrose, Sudbury - 12.00 noon

New Players

Although we are reasonably strong in most sections of the band, we always welcome new members and even players on holiday - last year a trombone player from the North of England came to a couple of practises while on holiday nearby and even managed to fit in one of our engagements!
We practise on Wednesdays at the Old School on the lower village green from 7.30 - 9.30pm.
